In Humanagement, linking articles is a crucial aspect of creating a comprehensive and cohesive body of knowledge. By linking articles, readers are able to navigate seamlessly between related topics, deepening their understanding and gaining a more holistic view of the subject matter. This not only enhances the overall user experience but also promotes a more interconnected and accessible knowledge base for users in your company.
To link articles, follow these steps:
Step 1
Login to your Humanagement dashboard
On the navigation pane, click on Knowledge Base to view all articles.
Step 2
open the articles you want to link in another Tab This will help you copy the link easily when you want to refer to the article.
Step 3
Go back to the navigation pane and click on Knowledge Base. Once the page loads, click on Create a New Article.
Using the article editor, simply put in all the details you need to make your article, and if you need to reference another article at any point, simply copy the link to the article and paste it in your editor using the add link button
This does not only apply to new articles. You can update old articles by making resources available using linked articles.
Remember to click Save or Update to save changes made to your article.
Please note: Only articles published can be linked.
