What is Priority Assignment?
Priority Assignment in Courses is a control feature that enables users to access assigned courses in the right order. Priority assignment, gives admins automated control over how courses within the course center are viewed by users.
When courses are set to "No Priority", Users have the liberty to pick or choose which course to look at first. courses that usually fall under this categories are general education courses, etc.
Group 1
Courses in this category are the first to be available to users. Examples of courses in this category are Onboarding courses for new hires.
Group 2
After Group 1 courses are completed, users are automatically assigned Group 2 courses. However, If a user does not have any group 2 courses assigned, then courses within the no priority group are automatically made available.
This is the same for courses within the other groups (Group 3, Group 4, and Group 5).
