The Humanagement "Ask A Question" feature gives users the ability to ask questions or seek clarifications or information on how to perform a task, all from the knowledge base.

Users are presented with the opportunity to ask a question when:

  • They can't find an article related to a search using the search bar
  • They need additional information on how to carry out a particular task.


How to access the "Ask a Question" button 

To access the "Ask a Question" Button, please follow these easy steps:

  • Step 1 
Log in to your Humanagement Account
  • Step 2 
On the Navigation pane, click on Knowledge Base to reveal a drop-down menu.

  • Step 3 
Click on "View All Articles." This will open your entire knowledge base directory.

  • Step 4
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to access the "Ask a Question" button.

Alternately, an "Ask a Question button will appear when a search prompt has no result in the directory.


How to Use the "Ask a Question" Button

  • Step 1
Click on the "Ask a Question" Button. This will reveal a small form to input the question title and assign it to anyone or specific individuals within your company.

  • Step 2
Click on "Ask Question."
